A well-established national commercial cleaning organisation is seeking a Training Manager with deep, hands-on industry experience to lead training delivery across its workforce and franchise network.
This role is ideal for someone who comes from the commercial cleaning industry, either from a formal training background or from an operational role where coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training have been a core part of your work — and who is now looking to step into a specialist training leadership role.

Reporting into HR and Operations leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality training across cleaning operations, aligned with NZQA/Careerforce standards and safety requirements.

  • Conduct training needs and gap analyses across sites and regions
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback
