  • Respond to customer and contractor enquiries and ensure timely follow up.
  • Coordinate jobs from request and quote through to completion and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation.
  • Support managers with administration, reporting, and customer feedback.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Well organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail with good time management.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
