You will manage the end‑to‑end sales process across a suite of established subscription‑based SaaS products used throughout the building & construction sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals
- Manage the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Achieving monthly sales targets and daily KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth customer handover and retention
- Maintain strong industry knowledge through training, research, and event attendance

You are commercially driven, resilient, and motivated by results. You enjoy working autonomously while being supported by clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in construction, property, SaaS, or subscription sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Sales, business development, or target‑driven experience (B2B preferred)
- Confidence prospecting and engaging with senior decision‑makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- A disciplined, organised approach to pipeline management
- Experience using CRM systems
