Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering a range of asset and facilities related projects, working alongside internal property, commercial and operational teams. You will need a solid understanding of Your focus will be on managing projects through the full lifecycle defining scope, coordinating inputs, monitoring budgets and timeframes, and ensuring work is completed to agreed standards. The role provides variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work on projects with real operational impact.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you’ll need practical project management experience within environments that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You’ll be comfortable working with contracts, budgets and external suppliers, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical audiences. A balanced, methodical approach, good judgement and the ability to adapt as requirements change will be key to performing well in this role.
