My client is a well-established professional services organisation and they are seeking a talented HR Coordinator to join their small, collaborative HR team on a 6‑month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

This role provides hands-on support across core HR operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys HR coordination, systems, and end‑to‑end employee lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain HR records, employment agreements and documentation
  • Manage and update the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and reporting
  • Assist with a new HRIS implementation project
  • Assist with learning and development coordination and tracking
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries and support the HR inbox
  • Contribute to HR projects and payroll support as required

  • Experience in an HR administration or coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and supporting change
  • Professional and people focused
This role requires someone able to start in the short term and commit to the period of the contract. Only applicants currently in New Zealand with valid working rights can be considered for this role.
