Salesforce Business Analyst

Our client, a well‑known insurance organisation, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6‑month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful Salesforce initiatives, supporting customer and operational improvements across core platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, support delivery, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will gather and document business and functional requirements, translating these into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams.
  • You will work across Salesforce platforms, particularly Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and integrations.
  • You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, contribute to backlog management, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

  • The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce projects, with strong exposure to Service Cloud and ideally, the Financial Services Cloud.
  • You will have a solid understanding of business process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience working within the insurance or financial services sector will be highly advantageous.
