Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

This is a 6-month minimum contract role covering parental leave, with the potential to extend. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the delivery of communications and marketing activity across digital, social, and print channels, while contributing to project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and delivering communications plans, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Managing and updating social media channels and website content, including performance tracking
  • Coordinating content creation, campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Supporting project planning, delivery, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with day-to-day communications administration and coordination

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, or digital role (3+ years)
  • Strong experience across social media, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Confidence working with website updates, digital channels, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content or media writing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience building strong stakeholder relationships
Exposure to purpose-led environments, community-led initiatives, or culturally aligned work will be highly regarded
