• Leading and mentoring a group of engineers, providing people leadership and technical direction
• Establishing and embedding best practices, standards, and engineering frameworks
• Designing and rolling out a capability uplift programme (training, playbooks, and reusable assets)
• Acting as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on what “good” looks like in modern engineering
• Supporting internal teams to review and challenge vendor-delivered solutions
• Creating a scalable knowledge base to support onboarding and continuous improvement

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role (Practice Lead, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, etc.)
• Strong expertise across Salesforce and/or AEM ecosystems
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and platform-based delivery
• Experience in uplifting teams, mentoring, and building capability frameworks
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive engineering standards in complex environments
• Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching and knowledge-sharing
