In this hands-on role, you'll support the Payroll Manager and Senior Payroll Advisor to deliver accurate, timely payroll across a large and complex organisation.End-to-end payroll processing across a fortnightly high-volume cycle
Managing manual adjustments, reimbursements, and reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with NZ payroll legislation and employment agreements
Maintaining payroll data accuracy and supporting audits
Supporting system improvements, testing, and process enhancements
Building strong relationships across the business and providing payroll guidance
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in NZ payroll within a high-volume environment
PayGlobal system experience (essential)
Strong knowledge of NZ payroll legislation (Holidays Act, ERA, KiwiSaver, tax)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
