As a Project Coordinator, you will support a major Workday HCM and Finance transformation programme. Working alongside project manager and key stakeholders, you will ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project schedules, reporting, and documentation
- Organising meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
- Tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Supporting alignment across Workday HCM and Finance workstreams
- Maintaining governance documentation and ensuring timely updates
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator within large-scale transformation or system implementation programmes
- Experience or exposure to Workday (HCM and/or Finance) is highly desirable, or any similar ERP implementation projects
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Experience with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
- Solid understanding of project governance and delivery frameworks
