As the Office Manager / Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level support to senior stakeholders.
Providing administrative support to senior staff
Preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations
Managing incoming communications, calls and correspondence
Coordinating meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
Managing office operations including supplies, facilities, and maintenance
Acting as a key point of contact for visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
Coordinating internal events and client functions
Supporting internal team members by creating power

Proven experience in an Office Manager or PA role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong technology skills, including advanced PowerPoint capability and experience developing professional presentations
Strong communication skills written and verbal
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to support a team environment
