As the Office Manager / Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level support to senior stakeholders.

  • Providing administrative support to senior staff

  • Preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations

  • Managing incoming communications, calls and correspondence

  • Coordinating meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements

  • Managing office operations including supplies, facilities, and maintenance

  • Acting as a key point of contact for visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience

  • Coordinating internal events and client functions

  • Supporting internal team members by creating power

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or PA role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong technology skills, including advanced PowerPoint capability and experience developing professional presentations

  • Strong communication skills written and verbal

  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to support a team environment
