We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Change Manager to support a key transformation programme delivering Workday and Datapay across their organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in a large-scale ERP implementation, driving change strategy and ensuring successful adoption across the business.

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and delivering the organisational change approach required for the successful rollout of Workday and Datapay.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Change Strategy, ensuring alignment with programme scope, design principles, and governance requirements
Create and implement change plans across multiple workstreams
Conduct change readiness assessments and define transition approaches
Engage and influence stakeholders to support adoption and business readiness
- Support communication, training, and overall engagement strategies

Strong experience delivering change in large, complex programmes
ERP implementation experience (ideally Workday)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
