Due to an upturn in client pipeline, this company is looking for an established BAS Manager to support a high-performing director. This role will effectively be a 2IC to the Director, leading client engagement, providing BAS support, and acting as a Commercial Advisor and strategic business partner to a portfolio of similar organisations.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (CA is preferred but not essential) with significant NZ accounting experience. In addition to a strong technical accounting grounding, you will be able to provide credible management accounting and commercial support to your clients, acting as an external advisor and sounding board. You will be able to demonstrate client engagement, and show your ability to build rapport, as well as an insightful and enquiring approach to understand business restrictions and opportunities.
