Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

This is an entry-level IT support role where you will act as the first point of contact for staff needing technical assistance. You will take ownership of incidents and service requests from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring users are kept informed throughout the process. Day to day, you will provide frontline support across hardware, software, and systems, assist with device setup and configuration, and support users across a range of technologies including Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. You will also contribute to IT projects and system rollouts, while building your technical capability with guidance from experienced team members. This role offers strong mentorship, structured training, and the opportunity to develop both your technical and customer service skills in a supportive environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with users

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and systems

• Some exposure to IT support or customer-facing environments is beneficial
