Due to some expected staff turnover, we are looking for a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner to take on a commercially focussed role assisting and advising business unit stakeholders on their upcoming financial and management reporting. This position will involve preparing cost business cases for project proposals, guiding the reviews of budgets vs actuals, gaining an understanding of payroll commitments, and providing strategic guidance on process efficiencies. This role will spend a significant period of time interacting with stakeholders, building credibility, and keeping on top of upcoming reporting requirements.

We are looking for candidates with a professional accounting qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) who are available to take on an interim role. This position is due to last for 6 to 9 months, however there is a possibility of a permanent role after this for candidates who prove their worth. You will need to be able to demonstrate specific finance business partnering / commercial analysis or management accounting experience gained within a complex organisation. Previous public sector experience is not essential, however it will be viewed favourably.
