Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to manage essential financial and administrative functions working within the trades & services industry. This is a varied role that requires accuracy, initiative, and strong organisational skills.

Accounts Payable & Receivable, process invoices, reconcile statements, manage payments, and prepare month end journals
Banking & Reconciliations, perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, and prepare month end journals
Ensure GST on inputs and outputs is accounted for and accurate payment of FBT
Raise and manage job cards, allocate labour, and ensure timely invoicing
Payroll Administration, timesheet checking and processing
Health & Safety admin tasks and maintain social media presence

Proficiency in accounting processes and software
