A well-established organisation based on Auckland's North Shore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Administration professional to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately four weeks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and can quickly adapt to a busy environment.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
You will provide support across accounts and administration functions, including:
Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
Managing accounts receivable, allocations and follow-up of outstanding accounts
Bank reconciliations and account maintenance
Processing data accurately within Xero
Handling customer and supplier enquiries
General finance administration duties

Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and administration roles
Working knowledge of Xero ERP/accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Immediate availability
