Temporary Administration Role – 3-Month

Contract Location: New Plymouth

Our client, a well-established organisation operating in the construction and facilities sector, is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Administrator to support their team on a temporary basis. This is an office-based role for a period of three months with possibility for extension, with parking available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and formatting project documentation
  • Tracking and reporting on project costings
  • Setting up new account details and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing subcontractor contracts and associated documentation
  • Monitoring and updating health and safety records

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within construction or facilities management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
