We are looking for motivated individuals to join the Arborist team working for a well-known company in Christchurch.

Your new role

As an arborist you'll be part of a company that takes pride in its Health and Safety plus you'll be working alongside a great team. In this fantastic role, you'll be working on a variety of projects, including utility clearance, operating state-of-the-art arboriculture machinery, using cherry pickers to brush chippers and stump grinders and further general Arborist duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in arboriculture
• Climbing experience
• Elevated Working Platform (EWP) experience (advantage)
• A Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 is an advantage)
• A motivated and approachable team player
• A reliable and positive person with a great attitude
• Passionate about your work and committed to reliability
• A strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills

Our client is willing to spend time training the right candidate if they are willing to learn.

Experienced Arborist's will have an opportunity to mentor/coach junior apprentices to motivate the next generation of Arborist's.
