A well-established company within the property industry is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their lively and dynamic Newmarket office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next permanent full-time position.
Your new role
- Revenue and accounts receivable processing and management of the debtors’ ledgers
- Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Assist with month end close and Balance sheet reconciliations
- IRD filing including GST and FBT returns
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Accounting degree, and ideally you will be working towards a CPA or CA qualification
- A hardworking, organised, flexible and driven individual
- Excellent time management with a track record of dealing with competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail is a must
