We’re seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support the end-to-end analysis, design, and delivery of a major system replacement project involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

As a Senior BA, you’ll lead the design and delivery of a complex infringement management solution, including integration with several external agencies. You’ll work in a multi-product, multivendor environment, collaborating across teams to ensure a cohesive and future-ready solution.

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for the infringement management system.
• Revalidate and refine existing ICT functional requirements and gain stakeholder endorsement.
• Develop detailed requirements for new system components, including external interfaces.
• Produce key project artifacts: analysis documentation, impact assessments, and future-state business processes.
• Deliver Agile artifacts such as story maps and detailed user stories.
• Collaborate with BAs, product designers, and developers across multiple teams to ensure alignment.

• Proven experience as a Senior BA in large, complex IT environments.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and SDLC practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed in unfamiliar domains.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable having robust conversations and presenting solution options.
