Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As a Change Specialist, you’ll help redesign how support services operate by simplifying processes and shaping clearer, more effective ways of working. You’ll run workshops, map current and future workflows, and spot opportunities to streamline or digitise tasks. You’ll plan and deliver change activities, support teams through transitions and help new service models embed successfully. You’ll work closely with multiple service areas, technical teams, and stakeholders to improve both staff experience and outcomes for end users. This is an onsite based Hamilton role, with some flexibility, so if you are open to relocate to the mighty Waikato, this could be the next best opportunity for you!

- Experience in business improvement, service design, or business analysis.
- Strong change management capability (Prosci/ADKAR preferred).
- Confident with process mapping, facilitation, and problem‑solving
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to turn challenges into practical solutions.
