Job Description:We are seeking experienced Night Shift Civil Concreters to join our construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing concrete work during the night shift to ensure the project progresses on schedule.

• Prepare and set up concrete forms and molds.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment.
• Monitor the curing process to ensure high-quality results.
• Perform finishing tasks such as smoothing and polishing concrete surfaces.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

• Proven experience as a concreter in a civil construction environment.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid certifications and licenses related to concrete work are a plus.
