Our client is a leader in engineering, surveying, and planning services, known for delivering high-quality, innovative land development projects. Their projects are varied and include residential, commercial, telecommunication and public realm projects across green and brownfield sites.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

• Work on civil engineering land development projects from concept to construction
• Prepare detailed design documentation, engineering reports and contract documentation
• Liaise with clients, architects, the council and contractors
• Lead projects, managing timelines, budgets, and client communications

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years NZ based experience in civil design, including three waters, earthworks, and roading
• Confident in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
