We are on the lookout for a talented Civil Project Engineer to join our well‑established and high-performing team on a major upcoming project. Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager to achieve project outcomes. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Site Supervisors and Site Engineers, tackling challenges with clarity and ensuring construction activities run safely, efficiently, and to spec.
Your contribution will be felt daily in:
- Coordinating engineering and technical aspects of the project
- Driving quality, cost, and programme performance
- Supporting site teams with practical problem‑solving
- Ensuring documentation, HSE requirements, and standards are fully met

If you’re honest, reliable, motivated, and motivated to expand your skill set, you’ll fit right in. We’re after someone who can bring the right balance of technical ability, initiative, and teamwork.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in managing and delivering civil engineering project components in New Zealand – Local experience essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong communication skills, exceptional organisation, and a genuine team-first mindset
- A full Class 1 licence and the right to work and live in New Zealand
