Your new company

This company are a large transport organisation who have been established for over 12 years. This organisation continues to hold strong values and are now seeking a claims administrator to join their Christchurch office.

Your new role

This is a temp 3-month temp position where you will see yourself:

  • Managing the customer claims process for Transport damages and loss
  • Process and finalise claims within SLA timelines
  • Monitor the Claims inbox and communicate with CS to ensure all customer queries and requests are responded to within SLA timeframe

What you'll need to succeed

You will see yourself working with the finance team of the organisation. You will be the only claims administrator within the team and will need the following to be successful for the role:

  • Previous freight company experience
  • Previous claims experience (transport/courier preferred)
  • Attention to Detail
  • Well-organised
  • Not easily dissuaded
  • Excellent communication skills (will be communicating with a diverse group i.e., internal staff, external carriers & customers)
