Your new role
This is a full-time position that requires some travel (out of town over several nights) and flexibility in hours / days of work. This is done by visiting the customers last known address, and where necessary alternative address leads to negotiate new payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Role specific areas of responsibility:
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements for customers in arrears
• Assist customers with general enquiries
• Applying updates to accounts and actioning tasks appropriately and in a timely manner
• Map out and plan effectively your days visits.
• Work is a mixture of early starts and late finishes to ensure visits occur at different times of the day.
• Understand the customer’s reasons for missing their payments and work within their financial parameters to establish a manageable repayment schedule
