Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As a Credit Control Officer within a wider accounts team, you’ll be the driving force behind timely payment collection and strong customer relationships. Your role will include:

• Managing end‑to‑end credit control for the designated regions
• Building strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments
• Maintaining clear, accurate logs of customer interactions
• Performing reconciliations in Excel (VLOOKUPs + data manipulation)
• Extracting and analysing data from the ERP system
• Supporting the sales team with 10–20 new account setups per month

We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, energy, and real hands‑on expertise. You’ll shine in this role if you have:

• 5+ years of credit control experience
• Strong understanding of collections processes and customer handling
• The ability to work independently with minimal training
• Familiarity with large ERP systems (or willingness to learn—training provided)
• Intermediate-level Excel (yes, VLOOKUPs!)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
