Your new company

This organisation is a leading supplier of crop protection products in New Zealand. Their focus is delivering practical and effective solutions to combat weed, disease and insect pests’ problems in crops and pasture. They are now looking for a customer care coordinator to join their team in Christchurch.

Your new role

The primary function of the Customer Services Co-ordinator role is multitasking - processing orders, invoices, and credits. Responding to customer enquiries, liaising with Territory Managers and to provide an exceptional customer service experience for anyone contacting the company. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to move into a permanent position.

  • Customer interaction – by phone, fax, email
  • Receive and process orders received by phone, fax, email or another electronic medium
  • Inventory management and order tracking
  • Processing invoices, credits and handling pricing enquiries

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Be available to work full time hours
  • Experience with ERP systems or Accredo is preferable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the NZ agricultural market is desirable but not essential.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality. Good telephone manner.
  • Ability to work in a small team environment

  • Good interpersonal skills
    • Develop productive relationships with customers and staff
