Our client provide installation, maintenance, repair and replacement services to both residential and commercial customers.

Your new role

Maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications; successfully managing inbound and out-bound customer service/sales calls to effectively maintain a full schedule; planning and scheduling jobs; updating the company database; and assisting and co-ordinating customers and staff.

Key Tasks:

• Coordinating technicians by managing schedules

• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, text, e-mail and couriers

• Schedule jobs including well-organised area planning

• Create and maintain accurate client and job details

• Liaise with technicians regarding jobs and planning to ensure smooth operations

• Manage office stock and inwards goods, and ready parts for collection

• Confirm scheduled jobs

• Follow-up customer service calls

• Outbound telesales/service calls to existing customers to maintain a full schedule

• Answer questions about products and services

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

• Liaise with customers and direct enquires to the relevant person

• Accurately maintain and update the company database

• Undertake any special projects that may be directed from time to time

• Assist with other general office tasks as directed

What you'll need to succeed

• Provide clear, polite, accurate and professional written communication by letter, e-mail, text and verbal communication by telephone and face to face.

• Plan and coordinate work to meet employer and customer expectations by providing an efficient, friendly and helpful service.

• Develop a sound knowledge of products and services and be able to describe/explain them to customers.

• Demonstrate the ability to analyse issues and resolve appropriately and demonstrate ability to offer solutions.
