We're looking for outstanding Customer Service Representative to join a well-established team. This Auckland-based role sits within the internal sales team and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales performance.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, managing enquiries end‑to‑end and partnering closely with a field sales team.

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone & email)

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals

• Proactively follow up quotes and sales opportunities

• Identify and convert profitable sales opportunities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively

• Support and coordinate with the external sales team

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements

• Manage orders, contracts, and customer data using internal systems

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or sales support

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Strong relationship‑building skills

• Customer-focused with good commercial awareness

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office and CRM tools)
