Your new role :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key part in the day-to-day services that the company provides, your main responsibility being to communicate with customers. Other key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to emails, text messages and customer feedback
  • Deliver excellent customer service, both written and verbal
  • Complete email bookings and enquires for site/s, and in some circumstances liaise with staff who are out working.
  • Able to identify, source and order parts from company-approved suppliers
  • Prepare information and quotations for customers, including a summary or detailed breakdown of pricing.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience working in customer service / retail / hospitality is desirable.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to learn and understand the companies' software and IT systems.

  • Hold a current / full New Zealand Driving Licence.
