Your new role

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client's long-term success using your ability to build strong relationships, address challenges and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with their sales and technical teams to seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales process to implementation
  • Manage client relationships, proactively working with them to identify and address any issues, challenges or concerns
  • Provide tailored solutions that meet client's specific needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor to them and the primary point of contact
  • Tracking client metrics and generating regular reports for the leadership teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in a customer facing role in the IT industry

  • Strong depth understanding of IT systems, networks and cloud technologies

  • Great communicator and interpersonal

  • Confident problem solver and able to handle tough conversations from time to time
