As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client's long-term success using your ability to build strong relationships, address challenges and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities:What you'll need to succeed
A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Experience in a customer facing role in the IT industry
Strong depth understanding of IT systems, networks and cloud technologies
Great communicator and interpersonal
Confident problem solver and able to handle tough conversations from time to time
