We are seeking an experienced Business Data Assurance & Analytics Lead to embed strong data assurance, ownership, and analytics capability across HR, Payroll, Rostering, Finance, and Procurement .

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and embed data governance, standards, and quality assurance frameworks
• Design and deliver analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting within SAP environments.
• Partner with business and technology teams in a complex organisational environment
• Develop SAP ‑ based reporting solutions to support decision ‑ making
• Provide knowledge transfer to BAU teams to ensure sustainable capability.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in data assurance and governance
• Proven analytics and reporting expertise (dashboards, KPIs)
• Solid SAP environment experience, including reporting/analytics platforms
• Experience working across enterprise systems in complex organisations
