• Working with business stakeholders, Data Delivery Team and Enterprise Architects to refine business roadmaps (especially Data and Insights).

• Working with Digital Enterprise Architects to inform the broader enterprise application retirement roadmap and prioritisation.

• Contributing to the licencing & capacity plan aligned with business roadmaps and applications retirement plans.

• Contribute to the Data Platforms and Analytics Tools security and end-to-end data strategies, including Cloud services.

• Contribute to the Data Platforms and Analytics Tools Architecture backlog as appropriate, including Cloud services

• Contribute to the Business Case creation process for an Integrated Data and Analytics Cloud Platform.

• Lead the design of data structures and schemas contained in the data environment to support analytical reporting team.

• Contribute and participate as required in appropriate business and Technical Governance Forums (SDF, TWG, MDA, DIDG).

• Maintenance and updating of the Data Platforms and Analytics Tools Confluence documentation pages.

• Act as a subject matter expert to support projects in defining the scope and work schedules of projects, as well as the resource requirements to deliver.

• •Microsoft Fabric to combine various Microsoft data services like Azure Data Factory, OneLake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI into a cohesive platform, simplifying data management and analysis.

• AWS cloud technologies and tools for data platform (e.g. Lambda and EventBridge for API creation and monitoring, AWS Database Migration Services with SCT, S3 for batch storage and data lake, Lake Formation, Redshift for data warehouse, AWS Glue and DBT (for ELT and orchestration), Glue Cataloguing (for metadata management, SageMaker for machine learning), and advanced analytics in AWS via Athena.

• Education Data Warehouse (EDW) leveraging SQL, BIML-Flex, SSIS, SSRS, SAS and Power BI technologies.
