Document Coordinator Fixed Term Contract in Seaview


Your new role

You will be working in a project team providing coordination of tasks such as:

  • Processing controlled documentation within systems.
  • Review documentation packages for accuracy.
  • Format records and perform data entry work.
  • Triaging the correct information to clients.
  • Preparing drafts and drawings.
  • Invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Efficiently organise and manage assigned projects.
  • Excellent communication


What you'll get in return
