You will act as the technical authority for client’s ERP solution – covering system architecture, integration, configuration, and custom development. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to uncover enhancement opportunities, refine business processes, and maintain strong data security and system integrity.

• Oversee the deployment, upkeep, and ongoing support of the organisation’s ERP platform.
• Configure, customise, and integrate ERP solutions to meet business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing timely support to users across all departments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective technical outcomes.
• Develop and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure system security and maintain the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Perform system reviews, optimise performance, and drive continuous improvements.
• Assist with upgrades and enhancements across the IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other product owners to maintain seamless cross‑system operations.
• Plan and deliver small to mid‑scale IT projects under the direction of the IT Manager.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of any ERP (ideally Sage300) experience in implementation, support and maintenance
• Advanced skills in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL databases.
• Background in overseeing database servers, including navigation and diagnostic tasks.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports and Sage 300 ERP (or comparable platforms) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
