We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional support to senior leaders, ensuring their time, priorities, and commitments are managed effectively.
About the Role
You will be a trusted partner to senior executives and board members, delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare agendas and briefing materials, monitor correspondence, and help ensure leaders are well-prepared for key engagements.
This role offers variety and responsibility, with opportunities to work across a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will also support onboarding activities, maintain important records and registers, assist with financial administration, and contribute to the smooth operation of executive functions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support.
- Strong diary management, meeting coordination, and travel booking experience.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines with confidence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working within the public sector or an understanding of government environments would be advantageous.
