An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Coordinator to provide high-level support to a senior leader within a large and complex public sector directorate. This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and events with precision and professionalism 
- Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support 
- Coordinate corporate service activities including budget, personnel, and IT processes 
- Support priority projects and events as required 
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency 
- Ensure alignment with relevant corporate policies, procedures, and systems
