We are expanding and need 1-3 dedicated employees to join our dynamic team of fencers!
About Us:
We specialise in steel fencing, which we manufacture ourselves. Our projects also include timber fencing, aluminium fencing, and chain-link fencing upon request. Steel fencing constitutes 70-80% of our work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Digging post holes (augers provided)
- Setting posts in precise positions
- Mixing and setting posts with concrete
- Measuring panel sizes/slopes
- Fixing panels to posts
- Installing gates
- Performing basic formwork for mowing strips
- Trimming and capping posts
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- Experience in fencing (specify your experience)
- Ability to work hard for 8 hours a day
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home for some projects (e.g., Far North, Tauranga, Gisborne)
- Full driver’s licence and ability to pass a police check (we work with MoE and other government clients)
- Ability to pass a drug test (discretion on results)
- Trustworthiness (access to company tools, vehicles, and fuel cards)
