As part of a highly performing team, this position will be responsible for taking the lead on certain market segments, partnering with business lines to help them with their management reporting, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and helping to streamline their finances. You will also be helping to bring through junior accountants, leading them in their development, and guiding them towards their next career steps.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

Attitude is key. In addition to having the requisite accounting skills, you will need an eye for an opportunity, an efficiency in communication, and an ability to build rapport with the quite diverse range of people within the business. We are looking for a qualified accountant, with a demonstrated ability in Management Accounting, specifically budgeting, forecasting, and month-end management reporting.
