Partner with operational and commercial teams to support financial planning and performance tracking.
Ensure accurate financial setup and reporting across projects and business activities.
Provide insights into revenue, cost, and margin performance through regular analysis and reporting.
Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business drivers.
Monitor financial workflows and support initiatives to improve cash flow and working capital.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Full professional membership (CA, CPA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adding value through financial insights.
