Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and project alignment across a diverse portfolio.

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support financial planning and performance tracking.

• Ensure accurate financial setup and reporting across projects and business activities.

• Provide insights into revenue, cost, and margin performance through regular analysis and reporting.

• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business drivers.

• Monitor financial workflows and support initiatives to improve cash flow and working capital.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Full professional membership (CA, CPA).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adding value through financial insights.
