Due to an internal promotion they are seeking a bright and ambitious Financial Accountant to join their Christchurch team. Working under the Financial Accounting Manager you will assist with all the financial and management accounting for the multiple entities within the South Island.

Duties will include, general ledger prep and reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, playing a key role within the reporting, budgeting and forecasting process, identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes, dealing within income tax for the Group, and you will assist with the annual and six monthly audited financial statements.

Strong communication skills are a must as you will be liaising with key internal and external stakeholders. You will be CA qualified and looking for a role where you can progress your career.
