We are looking for a qualified accountant to work as a Financial Accountant on a 12month maternity leave cover position. This is a rare opportunity to work in a highly respected and business-critical role for a respected and essential local business. This role is a 32hour/week opportunity, where you will receive an extensive handover and co-working.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

In addition to the above accounting qualification, you will need to bring a positive attitude, willingness to work as part of a collaborative team, and an ability to connect with people from the shop floor, to senior management. This position will be involved in some key financial functions of the business, taking care of inventory, cost of goods sold, GST and FBT returns, and taking charge of sponsorship, advertising and promotions expenditure.
