Your new company

We are working exclusively with a leading commercial construction main contractor in sunny Hawke’s Bay! A household name in this region with heaps of forward work in their pipeline! You will be working with a fantastic team who promote a positive work culture. They offer end to end construction solutions and is highly committed to provide the highest level of attention with every project no matter the size. They have been successfully delivering new builds, redevelopment of existing structures, interior fit out, and civil works across the entire North Island. Due to a large scope of work are looking for a Foreman to join their team on a full-time basis.

Your new role

• Working with the Project team ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
• Participating in weekly team meeting
• Supervising, coordinating and monitoring activities and the performance of the Subcontractors ensuring that they are working efficiently, safely and in general accordance with the construction program.
• Scheduling and ordering materials
• Reporting and preparing of progress site reports

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven Industry Experience of at least 5 years (Trade Qualification Advantageous)
• Experience in leading a small to medium-sized team
• Ability to do what is needed to meet the deliverables
• Great attention to detail
