Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Reporting into the New Zealand Director, you will take ownership of growth, student recruitment and strategic partnerships across the business. This is a highly visible position that combines relationship management, business development, recruitment, marketing oversight and team leadership.
Working closely with schools, students and partner organisations, you will be responsible for driving enrolment growth, strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand market presence. You'll also provide leadership to an established team while helping shape the future direction of the function as the business continues to evolve.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing growth and student recruitment strategies.
- Building strong relationships with schools and education partners.
- Driving student enrolment numbers through targeted recruitment initiatives.
- Delivering presentations, events, information sessions and promotional activities.
- Overseeing marketing performance and lead generation activity.
- Managing recruitment pipelines and conversion performance.
- Leading and developing team members.
- Identifying opportunities to increase market share and programme participation.
- Providing reporting and insights to support business growth objectives

To be successful in this role, you'll be a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities for growth.
You will bring:
- Experience in student recruitment, business development, sales, partnerships, marketing or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence presenting to groups and representing an organisation externally.
- An understanding of how marketing and lead generation activities support growth outcomes.
- Experience working in fast-paced or growth-focused environments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
- Previous leadership experience would be advantageous.
