As a Hammer Hand, you’ll play a vital role in our construction endeavours. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reading Plans: Proficiently interpreting architectural and construction plans.
- Site Rails Installation: Erecting site rails with precision and safety.
- Retaining Walls Expertise: Demonstrated experience in constructing and maintaining retaining walls.
- Fencing Skills: Competence in fence installation and repair.
- Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously when required.
- Team Collaboration: Effective communication and cooperation within the team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in hammer hand work, including site rails, retaining walls, and fencing.
- Plan Literacy: Ability to read and understand construction plans.
- Safety Consciousness: Adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
