We’re excited to announce multiple openings for dynamic Fulfilment Operations Co-Workers to join our Fulfilment Unit Operations teams at IKEA. If you’re passionate about home furnishings and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
To be considered for an IKEA Co-worker - Fulfilment role, experience in the following is essential:
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently.
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
Alignment with IKEA values, with a passion for home furnishings and the ability to integrate equality, diversity, and inclusion practices within the workplace.

What you need to know
a. 40–59 hours per fortnight (part-time)
b. 60–79 hours per fortnight (part-time)
The work location for this role is our external warehouse in Māngere by Auckland airport.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

As part of the recruitment process, this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates, including a Ministry of Justice Criminal History check.
The expected start date for this role is 8th September 2025.
