As an IKEA Food Team Leader you are or have:
Experience working closely with the co-workers and championing a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customers leave satisfied.
An innate ability to lead by example, support and coach co-workers to develop themselves professionally and to help them meet our customers with empathy and care.
Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to consistently deliver operational excellence.
What you'll need to know
This role is a permanent role, working 80 hours per fortnight.
The internal title for this role is IKEA Food Team Leader.
The expected start date for this role is 8th September 2025.

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts based on trading hours. You also must have the availability to work weekends.
