As an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer, you will help design, build and maintain production systems across the full stack. Working alongside experienced engineers and the product team, you will deliver high-quality customer-facing solutions.

You will:

• Develop front-end and back-end features

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Collaborate cross-functionally

• Contribute to system improvements and scalability

• Backend development using C# and .NET Core, contributing to scalable and maintainable services in production
• Front-end development with React, ideally using TypeScript, building modern customer-facing interfaces
• Cloud development within Microsoft Azure, including build and deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps

• Take ownership of work from estimation and technical design through to production deployment
• Contribute to agile, collaborative engineering practices and technical discussions
• Deliver reliable, production-ready code while maintaining quality under delivery timelines

• Experience delivering production software used in demanding technical domains such as B2B SaaS, engineering platforms, infrastructure systems or data-intensive products
• Background in product or delivery-focused teams where engineers contribute to solution design and work closely with senior colleagues
• Ability to operate effectively in a growth-stage environment where priorities evolve
• Strong ownership, accountability and commitment to high-quality outcomes
• Clear communication, with the confidence to identify risks and acknowledge knowledge gaps
• Motivated by professional development and progression, and comfortable working onsite in a highly collaborative team

• 3 to 5 years of commercial full stack experience, with strong backend skills in C# and .NET Core and front-end development using React (TypeScript preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, ideally including Azure DevOps, CI/CD and deploying into production
